Suqeban is a creative agency that specializes in creative consultancy, digital solutions and branding.
Suqeban was found by Nolwenn and Hana in Amsterdam. Their Asian heritage is really important to them. ‘It’s one of the things that we first started to bond over. We are very different, but we’re equally passionate about our ethnicity and how it defines our identities.’ Sukeban, translating in slang terms as ‘girl boss’ is a term first used to describe the movement of all girl gangs that emerged in Japan in the late 60s.
Besides offering creative consultancy and branding, Suqeban also produces a line of products, starting with a series of exclusive prints. They are 70 x 50 cm, printed on 250g high quality art paper and they’re FSC certified too. Each design is available in 2 different color ways, and every print is packed in a protective cardboard tube.
Shop Suqeban prints now at Hutspot Van Woustraat in Amsterdam and Hutspot Rotterdam.
