How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Hutspot strives to ship incoming orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are bound to our courier service POST NL. We will try to ship your order on the same day. Ordered before 15:00 means the same day sent and therefore the next day in house. Ordered after 15:00 means the next day in treatment and therefore the next working day at home. Orders that arrive on the weekend will be picked up the next working day.

How can I track my order?
We work with POST NL and POST NL provides each package with a Track & Trace code. With this track & trace code you can see where your package is and when it will be delivered.

Which delivery options can I choose?
We work with POST NL and have the options to deliver at home or pick up at a POST NL collection point if you are not at home that day. You can indicate this when choosing the delivery method.

In what kind of packaging do I receive my order?
The Hutspot webshop works with 3 types of packaging. An envelope, a medium and a large cardboard box. Each order will be carefully packed in foil with a stew sticker as closure. We have paid a lot of attention to our packaging and we hope you will be happy with it.

My track & trace indicates that my order has been delivered but I have not had anything?
Often your package is delivered, either at your neighbors or in your mailbox. In some cases the package service could not reach anyone and they take the package back with them. In this case they will come again the next day.

What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs are €4,95. Orders above 100 euro’s will be free from shipping.

How do I take care of my BY1OAK jewelry?
925 STERLING ZILVER
Your silver jewelry can darken while you wear it. 925 sterling silver jewelry oxidizes naturally with air and humidity. You can clean the jewelry with a silver polishing cloth, this removes the oxidation and makes your jewelry shiny again clean. If you do not wear the jewelry, keep it in a closed jewelry box or bag.

DOUBLÉ (14K GOLD PLATED)
The gold (doublé) jewelry is gilded with an extra thick layer of 14k gold. We recommend that you take off your jewelry during sleep, shower, swimming, sports, etc. Also avoid contact with perfume and make-up. The layer of 14k gold can wear out over time. The extent to which this wears depends on the way the jewelry is treated. If you do not wear the jewelry, keep it in a closed jewelry box or bag.

Returns

How do I return or exchange my product?
For each order, Hutspot sends a return form and return sticker in addition to an order confirmation. This return form must be completed and added to the order that will be returned.

Can I exchange my product for another product or other size?
Yes this is possible! You must indicate this on the return form and return it to us with the return sticker. It is also possible to exchange your product in the store.

What is the procedure for return or exchange?
We use a return policy of 14 days. Within these 14 days you can return your item and exchange it for another product or other size.
Return shipments will be refunded within 7 days after we receive your package. We will transfer this amount to the account with which the payment has been made.

To which address can I return my package?
You can take your package with the completed return form and return sticker to the nearest POST NL point.
Your package will then be returned to Hutspot.

Can I return my product to the store?
Yes this is also possible in every store of Hutspot. See on our website all locations of our stores.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
We strive at Hutspot not to deliver damaged items. Should this be the case for whatever reason, please contact shop@hutspot.com at any time. And return the package according to the return rules. We will then contact you about the further procedure.

What should I do if I have a complaint about my article?
We give a normal warranty on the items.
